Section 01 General Terms

Section 02 Eligibility and Registration

Section 03 Account Management

- Inactive accounts (more than 12 months) may require re-verification.

3.1 KYC Verification

4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, applicable for each payment method.
- The payment account used must be registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- In cases of suspicious activity, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.
- Funds from bonus money are subject to the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.
aaq999 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own fees.
Section 05 Bonuses and Promotions
aaq999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000; deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
- The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Restrictions may apply on using bonus funds to play certain games or categories.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
aaq999 offers weekly cashback at different rates across four VIP levels:

Section 06 Gameplay and Betting

6.1 Gaming Policy
- All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
- Each round or bet is independent; previous results have no effect on future outcomes.
- If an internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the record on the game server.
- If a technical error occurs in the outcome of any game or bet, all bets for that round may be declared void.
6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Cancellations and Disputes
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- In the case of cricket or any other sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be returned.

Section 07 User Conduct
aaq999 is committed to ensuring a fair, safe and respectful environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using another person's account or sharing an account.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using any software or bot.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Fraudulent use of the bonus system.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Misconduct or harassment towards aaq999 staff.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in account suspension or termination and the relevant balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
